Emily is originally from Los Angeles, California, and graduated from Chapman University with a degree in Business Communication. Her first experience in a leadership role was as a department manager at Nordstrom. It was here she developed her skills in people management as well as client retention. She was awarded with a “Customer Service All-Star” award by the CEO for her creative problem-solving skills and stellar success in giving customers the utmost best service. Following this chapter, she moved her expertise into a Project Management role at an Architectural Engineering company in Southern California. It was here she found her passion for home design and ultimately real estate. With Emily’s combined people skills and passion for the business of real estate and property management, she is thrilled to help grow all facets of KeyOpp.
In her free time, Emily loves to travel, cook up a meal in the kitchen, and attend a variety of dance classes. She traveled and trained as a classical ballerina when she was young and was offered a full-time position at the Joffrey Ballet in Chicago, Illinois following high school, which she ultimately turned down to attend college. Emily loves meeting new people and creating lasting connections. Outside of work she is currently working towards her Real Estate License and hopes to work with the Northern California community soon!

In his free time, Nathan loves to explore new places in nature and observe the beauty that the world has to offer. In a swift transition from the tech sector to real estate in 2003, Kam seized an opportunity presented at an investment seminar. Acquiring over 20 out-of-state properties in his first year, he took the decisive step of leaving his tech job, cementing his belief in the potential of real estate.
During the 2009 downturn, Kelvin discerned an opportunity with foreclosures, leading him to establish a business focused on purchasing properties at Trustee Sales. Eileen Chau’s journey to real estate was inspired by her childhood experiences in a family business and frequent relocations, fostering an intrigue for architecture, interior design, and negotiation styles unique to different cities. This diverse background naturally led her to become a real estate agent, where she could seamlessly merge her passions.
Clients often describe Eileen as detail-oriented, patient, and realistic. Her excitement for work stems from the ever-changing landscape of architecture and design cultures, continuously breathing new life into the old.
Outside of work, Eileen can be found at home with her family, either in the kitchen or curled up with a good book. Family is something she could never give up, as they keep her grounded and on the straight and narrow.

I’m a Realtor, Investor, Developer, and a Mother of two children. I’ve project-managed over $40 million in residential developments in San Francisco and the Bay Area. I am originally from Vancouver, Canada and moved in 2000 to the Bay Area where I began in Commercial Banking and then Title & Escrow Sales. Furthering my passion in Real Estate, I purchased my first out-of-state investment property in 2003, and first home in 2005, I’ve learned the meaning of cash flow, and since then have rehabbed and lived in multiple duplexes and single family homes in San Francisco. With over 30 years of real estate experience, Lawrence brings a family-focused approach to Real Estate. Starting early on by assisting his father with hands-on repairs and maintenance with various properties and later assisting with the backend operational processes, Lawrence along with his wife Melanie Leung have a developed multiple businesses focusing on all aspect of Real Estate including, but not limited to, Property Management, Investment Strategies as well as Buyer and Seller Representation. By working in multiple aspects of the real estate process, he brings a multi-faceted perspective to the buying and investment process.
