It's such a blessing to have Melanie help us through the whole selling process. I don't think there's any agent who would be so responsible, knowledgeable, and personal. Our condo in South San Francisco was not able to be put on the market because of a water leak and mold problem. Our HOA said it's from the exterior wall, so they wouldn't let us fix it ourselves. We would need to wait for the work order to go through all the board meetings to get approval. The problem is we've already moved out of the city. If it wasn't Melanie and her team helping us in following up and communicating with the HOA for almost a year, while still helping us prepare our condo for sale, we won't be able to eventually sell our condo. We owe them a million thanks! We really can't do this without all of you!

Lawrence property management company has help me have a carefree life where i don’t have to worry about anything. He takes care of everything related to the rental. Melanie help me with the sales of two of my houses and she has done a fantastic job. She took care of everything related to the sales including renovating the house.
